kindly i need help the procedure how to open new fiscal year in AX 2012 R2

    Hi Abdulmoneim,

    Happy New year

    Please take a look at link below on how to create fiscal year. Once it's created, you should check the status of the period, it should be set to open for you to post any transactions.

    This site describes how to add a new fiscal year to your calendar:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../key-tasks-fiscal-calendars-fiscal-years-and-periods

    Please scroll to the section where it says 'Add a fiscal year to an existing fiscal calendar' and follow the steps
