I'm reaching out to the community to begin a discussion. I work for a Professional Services Firm(no manufacturing or supply chain) that is looking at migrating from GP to D365 Finance. Do you need some information related to finding the correct partner? Doing a fit/gap analysis or data migration? Or all of them?
There are many factors that you have to evaluate and consider before you start your discussion with MS partner to migrate you from Legacy GP to D365 FO.
At first step, If you have already finalized your consulting service firm/Certified MS vendor then it's fine otherwise you can directly contact Microsoft to start the lead process and they will definitely engage you to any MS partner in your region.

There are certainly many companies interested in having a discussion with you but the question is how they could reach you, what you want to discuss, etc.
