Hello.

I'm reaching out to the community to begin a discussion. I work for a Professional Services Firm(no manufacturing or supply chain) that is looking at migrating from GP to D365 Finance. We are just beginning our journey and would love to talk with another company in our space to discuss your experience. If anyone out there is willing to speak with us it would be greatly appeciated.

I am not sure if the community forum is the right place to address this question.

There are certainly many companies interested in having a discussion with you but the question is how they could reach you, what you want to discuss, etc.

Maybe you could provide some additional information on your journey so far and how people can reach you.

Hi BoPrideGlobal,

There are many factors that you have to evaluate and consider before you start your discussion with MS partner to migrate you from Legacy GP to D365 FO.

At first step, If you have already finalized your consulting service firm/Certified MS vendor then it's fine otherwise you can directly contact Microsoft to start the lead process and they will definitely engage you to any MS partner in your region.

Do you need some information related to finding the correct partner? Doing a fit/gap analysis or data migration? Or all of them?

As others asked, it would be easy for us to guide you through this journey. More information would definitely help to understand your requirement. Where are you based in? and have you explored the closest MS regional office ?
