Integration BC-CRM

Hi,
 
I have made integration BC-CRM. Previously, there is no issue with the synchronization. now I can see the are many uncoupled records. After job queue has run, there are still uncoupled records and I need to sync one by one. What could possibly be the issue here? When account created from CRM, there is no issue syncing back to BC.

    Hi,

    Please check the synchronization log for any error messages or warnings that could provide insights into the specific issues causing the uncoupled records.
    On the Coupled Data Synchronization Errors page you can Restore Broken Couplings, Delete Couplings and you can Retry Synchronizations, the Retry will let you specify which modified record should be used in the synchronization.
