Unit Of Measure Conversion Not Found

I have a situation with a unit of measure, it really is a simple unit:
"Each" for an item that I use in the POS, it throws me an alert (attached screen) where it says that it cannot find the conversion for that unit of measure, I have "1 Each = 1 Piece Each Piece To nearest" (also attached screen) .

I don't know what other conversion I need. I appreciate the help.
