how to send email to department email id about cases

hi, 

i have created a form " Department" for my client and given look up of that in cases. Now i want to send the email containing information about case to department email id as soon as case is created. i tried to create a process but i could not found way to lookup for email id which is present on department form. Kindly help me to create process.

    There is a built-in feature called "Sending Email"  if you enable this option to your entity you should be able to add your entity record in "To" field to send out email in workflow

    You can find below post that provides detail on how to enable this feature
