    Hi,

Have you had a chance to check the EventViewer to check if it logged any event during installation(as the error is not enough informative). Please run the setup as an administrator.

    Refer following links:

    Dears,

Please note that BusinessConnector was installed, but when i installed CU12, the .Net business connector was not updated, so i deleted this component than i am trying to re-install it but without success.

You have to use the original AX 2012 R3 installer kit, and slipstream the latest kernel hotfix into the Updates folder, and try installing after. Make sure you run setup with elevated access.

Something is broken in your Global Assembly Cache based on the error code, within Windows, likely due to broken updates/installations. You need to troubleshoot what assembly is broken, and you could try to remove it, see if AX can install it afterwards.

    blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/.../mailbag-how-to-debug-1935-errors-with-hresult-0x80131047-in-an-msi-based-setup

It could also be access issue if you did not run the setup with elevated rights.
