    Hi,

When you move mouse over the field, an explanation of the field appears.
The 'View All Accounts on Lookup' field on the Vendor Posting Group page in determines whether all accounts are displayed in the lookup window when selecting an account for the vendor posting group. If this field is set to 'No', only the accounts that are relevant to the vendor posting group will be displayed in the lookup window. If it is set to 'Yes', all accounts will be shown in the lookup window.
    Hope it can help.

    Best Regards,
    Judy

    Hello,

To answer your question here's the description :

When you look up to select a Vendor account to be used in a posting setup, you only see Vendor accounts filtered by the account categories where such accounts normally exist. You can now select the View All Accounts on Lookup check box on posting setup pages to see all available Vendors accounts when you look up to select, not just those filtered to the involved account categories.

It Specifies that all possible accounts are shown when you look up from a field. If the check box is not selected, then only accounts related to the involved account category are shown.

    Hope this Help.
May other experts give's you better solution.

    Thank You,
    Shrey Chauhan
