Error on changing Booking Status: If the system status is "In Progress," you can change the sub-status to "In Progress" or "Canceled."

We have added the Booking Status of "Arrived" with Field Service Status on the Booking Status set to "In Progress".

However, when I change the Booking Status from "Scheduled" to "Arrived", I get the following error:

If the system status is "In Progress," you can change the sub-status to "In Progress" or "Canceled."

What does this mean and how do I resolve this issue?

    Hi,

    I tested it on my end and it seems like it worked fine for me. What version of Field Service do you have? I have 6.2.1.38

    I can only see Dynamics 365 version - not Field Service version. I do not have Admin access to Office portal.

    Here's the Dynamics 365 version: Version 1612 (8.2.1.360) (DB 8.2.1.360) online

    Is there a way to find Field Service version?
