We have added the Booking Status of "Arrived" with Field Service Status on the Booking Status set to "In Progress".
However, when I change the Booking Status from "Scheduled" to "Arrived", I get the following error:
If the system status is "In Progress," you can change the sub-status to "In Progress" or "Canceled."
What does this mean and how do I resolve this issue?

I can only see Dynamics 365 version - not Field Service version. I do not have Admin access to Office portal.
Here's the Dynamics 365 version: Version 1612 (8.2.1.360) (DB 8.2.1.360) online
