we have the installation guide but not the media,
we want to install production and sandbox environment,

Are you referring to CRM 9.0 ? This is Online only and not available for OnPremise.
For OnPremise, the latest available build is 8.0 - which can be downloaded from here www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx and the D365 Update (8.2) can be downloaded from here www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx.

there is no direct download. You have to deploy an on premise environment through LCS. For further details you check the on prem landing page: docs.microsoft.com/.../on-premises-deployment-landing-page
