CRM 365 + setEmailRange method is available or not?

Hello All Experts,

I need to know whether we have the setEmailRange method in CRM page object model.

anything will be appreciable.

    I gather that this an error caused by the upgrade to CRM 365 v9 and no one can do anything about it until MS fixes it?

    Is that correct?

    Is there a way to prevent the re-insertion of onfocusout="parent.setEmailRange();" in the <body> tag when the html web resource is re-saved?

    We are using CMR 365 Customer Service v9.

    What we found was that parent.setEmailRange got added to our HTML page webresouces automatically in version 8 and early 9 of CRM.

    we didn't put it there, and even after removing it and saving, it would reappear instantly.

    so its possible you dont need that function at all, and it got added by CRM for some reason.

    (As of right now it no longer happens in the latest on-line version of CRM.)

    We are facing a similar issue with a custom web resource after upgrading to Version 9.

          I recently upgraded CRM to v9 and facing similar issue. There is a webresource where we used parent.setEmailrange(). it use to work before but now it seems like this function is not available anymore. Have you got any solution for this.?
