Color multiple fields on the grid with different colors

Hi all ,

The requirement is such that we need to give background color to the fields in a grid, something like this image below using code.

The problem is that when we are using displayoption method to color the grid fields then all the selected fields are getting colored with the same color even after we have specified different colors for the fields . 

Is there a way in which we can solve this requirement . or any reference code that we can refer?
