How can I hide the account numbers (far left column) in SL reports?  They are pulling in the right numbers from our GL, but I need to hide the account numbers on the final reports...thanks!

RE: How can I hide the account numbers?

The only way to hide fields on reports is to customize the report.  All SL reports are written in Crystal Reports and Crystal Reports comes with SL so you need to open the report(s) with Crystal Reports, right click on the field that contains the account number, select format, on the common tab on the format editor click the suppress option and click OK.

Note: when you open a standard SL report you will get a message that it is read only.  Continue past that message, make you change and then save the modified report in the Usr-Rpts folder under SL.  That way, when you install a new update it will not overwrite you change with the standard report.
