Moved my setup 20ft and my Microsoft Dynamics RMS didn't recognize my printer & cash drawer when hooked back up?

We unplugged everything from our computer hard drive and moved it like 20 feet, plugged everything back in. When we fired it up our Epson TM-T88III won't register in our list of printers. When we open up the RMS Store Operations POS, we get a dialog box that says, "Warning 913: The cash drawer is not accessible. It may be locked by another application. Do you wish to continue?" So its a good thing we have the keys for the cash drawers so we can still get into them since they won't open automatically like they did before.  As for printing receipts, we've had to set our HP laserjet as our printer which is a huge waste of paper.  We actually have 2 computers with this POS and software, and the other computer isnt working either after I unplugged everything to straighten up the mess of cords.  Can somebody please walk me through how to get this set back up properly?
