please advice exam MB2-704 Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application

I m a .net develoepr and new to Dynamics CRM. Unfortunatley in my office we dont work with CRM so to learn working with CRM I m trying myself.

After going through sites, videso and some blogs I have reached to conclusion before development I should first do basic learning and better to prepare for Exam MB2-704: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application (which is CRM 2015).

Can you please reocmmend me some resources to prepare for it. A book or online resources. I don't have access to MSDN subscribtion or partner resources. Please help me.

You are in the right spot!

I would continue practical self learning as opposed to seeking certifications. As one DYNCRM MVP told me, "there are MVP's without a single certification".

From my experience I can suggest these online courses:

Introduction to MS CRM - this is usefull if you are starting with CRM just now

Customer Service in MS CRM - very good

Sales Management in MS CRM - very good

If you are not familiar with Social listening, than I can also suggest this:

Social Listening

I think that these courses cover all the topics for the exam, they follow the outline for the exam and also some quizzes are included, so you can test your knowledge immediately.
