What happens when I hit my quota limit for contacts? Is service throttled or completely stopped?

    Hi paiafrat - On the license anniversary you should true up as necessary in order to account for the amount of contacts over quota.

    This is documented in the Licensing Guide which can be found through here: docs.microsoft.com/.../quota-management
