Hidden default Dynamics App not showing for Administrators

Hello everybody,

When I tried to hide my default Dynamics App ("Dynamics 365 Org" > Settings > My Apps >"Default App" More Options > Hide for all Roles),

I got to a confirmation - window that said that only Administrators will see the App, if I continue.. So I did.

But after synchronizing my Home.Dynamics page, I noticed that as a O365 - Globaladmin I cannot see the App anymore. (The userrole System Administrator assigned to me).

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi, did you figure out how to fix this? I'm facing exactly the same issue.

The app gets disabled for all the users irrespective of admin and non admin. To make it visible again you need to show for all users. On Home.Dynamics page choose any available app. You can directly open the url

https://xyz.crm.dynamics.com/main.aspx and open the default app from it. Now you can navigate to the App and show the default app too.

Hi,

To make Default app visible again open crm Settings=>Administration=> System Settings select Yes "Show default app on landing page and in app switcher"
