Microsoft Dynamics GP Has stopped working

For the last few weeks we've been having an issue with Dynamics.exe.

Can someone please assist, I've even tried a moving the user to a new PC. Atleast every oncea  week since then we get this call from the very same user out of +-40 users.

    Have you tried copying GP instance from another user's computer to this user? Also, try copying access from another user who has similar role, to this user, using Copy Access button on the User setup and see if that resolves. Not sure, but I guess this could also be due to some DLLs missing or incompatible in GP main or Add-ins folder, or may be a compatible .Net framework not installed or Smart list addons etc. If you have VS Tools customization make sure everything is installed on this computer correctly.

    Check the Data Execution Preventation is not enabled. If it is you need to add dynamics.exe .

    Thank you, I've added dynamics.exe on the DEP. User will alert me if when it stops responding.

    Thank you for your response. We created a new profile for user but the issue still persisted. We even moved her to a new PC, all our users are on Windows 10 and she's the only one having this problem.

    Does she have anything installed that others do not? I ran into a similar issue (on a different version of GP).

    I finally found out that this user was the only one that uploaded something to a bank website and had some tool installed that was causing problems with GP.

    All the users have same apps, I also asked her to work on another users PC with her credentials the other user on her PC, it worked fine for that day GP didn't crush. Its been quiet for 3 weeks without crushing then it started last week again.

    The million dollar question, what is different last week from the previous 3 weeks?

    When asking them, make sure they think outside of just GP, because that is how I figured out they were doing some online banking that caused GP to crash.
