Hi,

I am after generating an excel Sheet where i can have list of all the products created in dynamics with their price.

I could generate it just for the released products but now i need the prices of all the products made in products and products master tab.

Its like i have around 2000 products and now i need an excel sheet where can have prices of all the products i created.

Hi Adnan S Khattak,

If you want to export prices from trade agreements each customer can have it's own price, so if you have 2000 products and 2000 customers you can end with 4000000 lines, that's what you want to do ?

No i need the prices that i have entered at the time of making that product. I have almost 2000 items list in my products and i need to have the price list for all of them on an excel sheet so that i dont have to go to each individual product to check its price.

Like item number , Product name , price

You did not tell us how you generate this file. Also "price" is a very wide term, just on released product itself you have cost price, sell price and purchase price...

If you want to get an answer you need to make your question as much detailed as possible.

ok. Whatever we purchase we make a product for that in new product and add on the per unit purchase price .which automatically is generated at the time of generating LPO.

Now i need a file with list of all the products that we created in our system with its purchase price. I cant find a proper filter for that in products and products management module.

You need to custmize a new form for the lastest price uploaded by trade agreement

Build view from PriceDiscAdmTrans table , get column recid (max),ItemRelation,Inventdim,AccountRelation

to get the lastest price and join with the same table to build your form.
