Load consent from d365 Sales and ClickDimensions

Hi community, 
 
What is the procedure for loading consent from fields in dynamics? I have a customer who currently uses D365 Sales and Clickdimensions and consent is managed through custom fields and 'allow bulk email'. When I install Customer insights Journeys i would like to load the consent they have already captured from Sales and clickdimensions to the real time consent center. 
 
What is the procedure for doing this?

    Hi,
     
    We have analyzed your requirements and according to the official documentation, there are three ways to migrate consent records to Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journey
    1. You can manually add consent records for emails and SMS.
    2. Import consent settings from an Excel file.
    3. Load already captured consent records
    Please refer to the official documentation at the link below

    In addition, since you are using a third-party software, we are not sure if the above methods can meet your needs, please make your judgment according to your specific business.

    How would you load consent from an excell file? Could you give an example? 
     
    Lets say they have used custom fields in d365 sales, how would this be loaded to real time consent center?
