I recently upgraded to RMS v2.0.0157 and am using i6550 signature capture pads using the Build 4 OPOS drivers. I set them up according to the instruction in the MS knowledge base. I am having problems where randomly the signatures are not clearing from the signature capture screen once the transaction is completed. When the next credit card transaction comes up there is a signature in the signature capture screen in POS before that customer does anything. Has anyone else seen this happen?
