Sending a quotation to customer via email

I want to sent a sales quotation to a customer via email in D365 Commerce.

I searched for Print management to configure it but that didn't work.

Does anyone have any details on how to configure this?

    Hi Liese,

    Could you please elaborate more on what is not working?

    For example, are you getting quotation sent as below or there is any error messages on this?

    Also, did you check your inbox and confirm it has been sent out without any issues?
