To-dos doesn't work

Hello All friends,

To-dos of opportunity or any contacts not work properly,

How to activate To-dos properly to send mail to sales person.

    Hi Vishwas,

    Before NAV can send any e-mails, you must configure the SMTP Mail Setup. Have you already done this?

    Also, have you made sure that you have the Outlook components for NAV installed on the server and on the client workstations? (from the NAV installer).

    Also, the mail sent to salespeople will be a regular e-mail, not an Outlook Calendar event. Only the Organizer sees the event in their calendar.

    It's a no-nonsense function, and if you've covered your bases (SMTP Setup, Outlook components), it should work. If it still doesn't work, then please provide additional details so we can help.
