I have created a Microsoft ticket, they say async client is not deployed so their engineering team is fixing that. Is there any documentation about async client installation for cloud or does it get installed automatically at the time of scale unit initialization?
Other than that I found a similar fix related to Retail service account on this blog. So I connected the sandbox environment database, verified the record and run the sql from the blog. RetailServiceAccount was there but it didn't have correct roles.
