I am getting the following error. I don't understand what I am missing.

Other details:

  1. It's a cloud environment with no customization.
  2. FO version 10.0.25
  3. Scale unit version 9.35.
  4. Data is all dummy Contoso data USRT.
  5. initialize commerce scheduler ended successfully.
  6. 1110 and 9999 distribution schedule job ended successfully.
  7. Device is validate with 000160 employee/worker.

    HI AR01,

    Can you please confirm that your CDX download session are as "applied" and not as "available"?

    Seems to me that something wrong with the CDX and the data is not successfully downloaded to the channel database, this could also means that the issue could be related with a missing CDX components like Could Async client. Please create a support ticket.

    I see the CDX download sessions, some of them are marked as "available" others are "no data". I am looking at the job history of 9999 job.

    Where can I verify these components for cloud sandbox environment.

    Hi.   I suggest you create a support ticket, as the CSU is not picking up the files.  In later deployments(10.0.26+) we have experienced that the  RetailSystemAccount is not correctly deployed with the right roles.  When creating a service request, refer to the following case for details: 2205170050002885

    Hey Kurt,

    I have created a Microsoft ticket, they say async client is not deployed so their engineering team is fixing that. Is there any documentation about async client installation for cloud or does it get installed automatically at the time of scale unit initialization?

    Other than that I found a similar fix related to Retail service account on this blog. So I connected the sandbox environment database, verified the record and run the sql from the blog. RetailServiceAccount was there but it didn't have correct roles.

    when you create a store you have to create a live channel database to this store and than choose the cloud channel database
