Using HQ to manage Store level Tax entries

Scenario: We are using HQ to manage 2 stores. We would like to update the sales tax which is different for each store from HQ. (I am not talking about item tax - which is a different worksheet).

We send worksheet 203 and selecting just one store while generating the worksheet.

Expected result: Worksheet is sent to just the selected store.

HQ Server still updates both the stores with one value which we don’t want.

Is there a way in HQ that can update different sales tax for different store?
