duplicate the quantities in Purchase integration only

Dear All,

there are some problems sometime duplicate the quantities in RMS.

Until now, we only saw this happening with Purchase integration only. ( GP)

For example:

See below Item movement- HQ Adjustment was repeated 20+20 but the actual received was only20pcs

Item lookup code          Type Qty                   Date

12345                                        HQ Adjustment                20 6/9/2011

12345                                       HQ Adjustment                20 6/9/2011

 

Is there any way to prevent such issue, or any check mechanism so the integration will not happen twice?

I do not know is a problem in Rms or in Integration utility .

I hope that is helping me find a solution to this problem that caused me a lot of problems

    You better refer to the company that made the integration for you, where r u located?

    Osama,

    The only thing I can suggest is to make sure that you are using the latest version of the GP intergration for the RMS version that you have.
