Yes / No Fields in Opportunity Business Process Flow not appearing.

I know there are issues with Yes/No (two option fields) in CRM 2016 Online (8.0.1.354) and in regular form i can change the Contract Formatting to "radio buttons" and it resolves the "-" that does't work. How can i change the button type in a Business Process Flow? I can find options for control formatting. The business process flow isn't edited the same as a UI form. Thanks.

Hi John,

BPF are implemented differently from form. They have altogether different page controls for them. You won't be able to change update existing structure on BPF like you do customization on form.

You cant change a two option set format on Business Process flow.

What issue are you talking about? Can you let us know? May be we can suggest something.

Hi John,

We don't have control over UI of fields in business process flows. The major purpose of BPF is to guide users in the direction.
