Issue in Installing Voice of Customer

I am trying to install Voice of Customer to my instance but NOT able to find that solution in the list. How can I get this done?

In another instance (my trial edition, where i want to do some research on this), I can see Voice of Customer Solution but installation is failed (I tried doing this 5-6 times). Is there any pre-requisite for VoC?

No, there is no such pre-requisite for this, I will suggest you to setup another trial and try there.
