15I am trying to run Master Planning in batch mode for a net change with 6 helpers. I get the below errors every time I run this batch job. If I run another batch job with no helpers it takes about 12 hours to run.
errors:
Cannot create a record in Requirement transactions process filter (ReqProcessTransFilter). Scheduling process: xxxxxx, xxxxxxxxx. The record already exists.

Deadlock, where one or more users have simultaneously locked the whole table or part of it.
One suggestion was to run a full regen and then setup the net change job after that.
We also have the BOM circularity hotfix in our environment. This may or may not cause slowness due to BOM complexity.
