Now that CustomerSource has been retired where do customers go to look up their registration keys?
Hi Beat,
I am sorry to hear that but I would have no idea how to troubleshoot that as I just troubleshoot the Microsoft Dynamics GP application. If you get errors when trying to log into the portal, I would email IT MBS Support itmbssup@microsoft.com and explain the issue and the error code as they manage and support the customer and partner portals. That will generate a ticket with a team that can help you with issues like that.
Thanks,

Isaac,
Ever since the old Customer source was retired I have had issues when trying to logon to the Business Center on MBS..
More often then anything else, I'm getting this as an answer when login into the MBS BC:
It's been extremely frustrating, the least to say. And no, it's not a privacy or account issue, because I get the same outcome when trying to connect from a total virgin sandbox with no prior credentials in the browser...
Hi Richard,
I am under the impression that whether you are a customer or a partner you use the same link and the UI is different depending on your log in when it detects if you are a customer or partner account. This would not be an area of my expertise, as those of use who monitor the forums don't support the customer/partner portals, we troubleshoot the actual Microsoft Dynamics GP product.
You can Chat or submit an Inquiry to Sales Operations for assistance regarding product orders, ordering policy, licensing, registration keys, etc. to the Microsoft Regional Operations Centers (ROC) which can answer your non-technical support questions. Or there might be another Microsoft Partner or Customer who can answer this for you as well on the forums.
Otherwise I don't think that it would hurt to have the customer try logging into the business center as that is what I am finding as the place to access reg keys in multiple links online.
To access Registration Keys go to the Business Center businesscenter.mbs.microsoft.com.
On the Docs site there is also a reference to access the CustomerSource(Center).

Isaac, Terry's article mentions Customers but all I can find are partner links.
Hi Richard,
To access Registration Keys you have to go to the Business Center businesscenter.mbs.microsoft.com.
Terry has a blog with some more links and info for both Partners and Customers on the following link as well for where Partnersource/Customersource has moved to.
community.dynamics.com/.../oh-no-where-did-my-partnersource-go
I hope this helps!
