    Hi Hans,

Purchasing agent is the security role and Duty name to approve PR is "PurchReqPurchaseRequisitionApprove" and to maintain/Create PR is "PurchReqPurchaseRequisitionMaintainAll"

Does this user assigned to this Role or not?

    Hi Hans,

You didn't mention on which workflow you are getting this error?

For example, if you are getting this error on Purchase Order approval then you have to check the user who has to approve/create this workflow has assigned to "Purchasing agent" or "Purchasing Manager" Or "Accounting Manager"

    Hi,

This is happening because the user who is going to approve, he/she doesnt have correct permission for module.

Please give him/her the role, it will solve the issue.

    Hello Hans,

Can you approach your IT and ask for more user rights?

The user that you are currently using for working in AX seems to have limited rights that cause this error.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
