Hello,
I created a personalized dashboard several weeks ago and it worked perfectly. Suddenly it disappeared without any changes in the system.
I applied most of the forum answers/suggestions to fix the issue but with no luck.

You can try to check the user's security role applied on the dashboard.

Have you changed the login user?
Is the user currently logged in the same as the user who created the dashboard?

One of my team has this issue too and I suspect it may be because they have too many tiles on their dashboard, they have 9 tiles.
We raised a ticket to Microsoft at that time but the assigned engineer from Microsoft was unable to track the deletion of the dashboard since we reported the issue 2 weeks after the dashboard disappeared.
The recommendation from Microsoft is to report the incident immediately when it happens so they can track the deletion and identify the cause.
