D365 Warehouse management app : The size of the request xml exceeds the maximum allowed value

Hello Everyone,

We are trying to display all the open sales order available to pick in the warehouse app. We have around 1300 open sales order. We are able to complete the process in work process. But when we are trying to do the same thing in the ware house app, May be because we have around 1300 open SO, the mobile device crashes. When we try to re log in, we get an error message saying The size of the request xml exceeds the maximum allowed value.

    Hi partner,

    Please try : Go to Warehouse Management > Inquiries and reports > Mobile device logs > Work user sessions. Then select the right user and click: 'End session'. Then login again on your mobile device.

    Hello Will Wu,

    I knew how to end the user session. The problem here was that whenever we were doing the same process after ending the user session, again we used to get the same error because of the enormous amount of data that we wanted to display. After consulting with Microsoft, we got to know that The maximum allowed character in mobile device XML is 2500000 characters. In our case, it was exceeding the size limit.
