Hi,
I need to send an appointment through Dynamics to an external person's Gmail account. The Gmail account doesn't receive the appointment.
I've tried sendind to my personal external Outlook account and it works.
I'm not looking to integrate Dynamics in any way with Gmail, I just want to send an appointment through Dynamics.
Is there some kind of limitation? Is it a setting on the server I'm trying send the appointment from?
I'm running Version 1710 (9.1.0.8630) online
Thanks
Kind regards
Viktor
If you are facing any issue in your Outlook account, go with Outlook IMAP settings and follow the steps to resolve your issue.
Hi Viktor,
I tried 3 times to send appointment from D365 Online to Gmail Account and Outlook mailbox. It all worked normally as following screenshot except with some delays.
In addition , I found following blog: What Happens When Appointments Synchronize Between Dynamics 365 and Outlook

Author also could see the appoinmnet arrangement in Gmail Inbox. We only enabled SSS and App for Outlook with no more server settings.
Once Server-Side Synchronization is configured and you have the App for Outlook installed, appointments you create in Dynamics CRM are going to be sent to the recipient if they have a valid email address.
