Bottom to create new PO is disabled

Hello everyone,

I have the following case, for a user at the bottom to create news POs is disabled, this user has the same permission, roles that another user of purchase area in the company. For the other user, the creation of POs is working correctly.

Does anyone know what can happen?

Have you tried to go to "Personalize" from the gear in the upper right corner and clear the personalization for that page?

It is possible that the button can be hidden by mistake.

If that does not work you can try to clear the users browser cache.

When I put the mouse in "Novo", the red flag isn't available while the other fields do.

Hi, is this environment a trial environment? Already expired? Another user is an administrator?

If it is a purchased environment, please temporarily assign Super permission to the user to see if this problem is resolved. If so, it is still a permission problem.

It's a production environment and the thing is another user has the same permission s and doesn't have that issue.

I don't know what can else check.

That's a little strange, is the user not licensed for Business Central? Essential or Premium

If the user only has a Team Members license, he does not have permission to create PO.

“The Dynamics 365 Business Central Team Members license, not to be confused with Dynamics 365 Team Members license, grants a named user the following rights for their own use only (not for, or on behalf of, others):

Read data within Business Central

Update existing data and entries in Business Central, such as previously created customer, vendor, or item records. Entries are defined as specific accounting information that, may be updated, such as a due date on customer ledger entries.

Approve or reject tasks in all workflows assigned to that user, with the limit that approvals and rejections can only update data in records that Business Central Team Members can access.

Create, edit, and delete a sales or purchase quote

Create, edit, and delete personal information

Edit job time sheets for approval

Use the Dynamics 365 Power Apps/Power Automate use rights provided with a Dynamics 365 license

Business Central Team Members application module may be customized with maximum 15 additional tables (custom tables or standard Dataverse tables) available to the Business Central Team Members license.

It was not a problem with the license I fixed it creating the user again and that works. The cause is unknowing.
