We’re evaluating CRM platforms for our team at CA Unified Communications Inc., a software sales company with a strong focus on outbound cold calling. We have three SDRs actively prospecting daily, and we’re looking for a CRM that can support the following:
• Call logging (ideally automatic or one-click)
• Email tracking (open rates, replies, templates)
• Sales pipeline/funnel management (custom stages, visibility)
• Simple, intuitive workflows (lead qualification, follow-ups, handoffs)
We’re hoping to keep things straightforward—no heavy customization or complex admin overhead. Ideally, we’d like to set up workflows that help SDRs move leads through the funnel efficiently, with visibility into activity and outcomes.
Can Microsoft Dynamics CRM handle this kind of SDR-first setup? Are there native tools or recommended add-ons for cold calling teams? Any advice on configuring it for a small SDR team would be greatly appreciated.
