I have a requirement as follows " The system will generate an (user editable) email with the possibility to attach a document and send it to the Primary Contact. The staff user will send the email, not the system" - any ideas on how this can be achieved with in MS Dynamics CRM 2016 ?

Hi Raouf,
If you're doing this through a workflow, call Create for an email and populate the field the way you normally would but don't send it. The end user will have a chance to review and attach documents, and all they'll have to do is hit Send to push it out.
