I have created an email template to notify an owner when a lead/account is assigned to them. I would like to include a link to the account or lead into the template. I see the ability to attach hyperlinks, etc, but this would be each email having a unique link to the specific account it was notifying on. Can I do that?

You cannot do that using an Email Template.
You could add the Record's URL in the Email you are sending from workflow.
