Hi - we are looking to do the most basic of compensation setups, we are not looking for grades or steps, etc. Just want to capture the rate for an employee and have the ability to bring in historical rates as well as have the ability to give increases and capture the history going forward as well. Not sure if there are any secret tips or tricks to do the most simple and minimum setup required to enable to capture the rates per employee.
you can create one level and add in the compensation plan. update same level in all the jobs and enter the fixed compensation.
