Great Plains v10 SP3 on Windows 7 PC and running on SQL Express 2008. Cannot launch utilities. It say there is a compatability issue. Other workstations are xp on sp3 and run without issue. Anyone seen this?

Giving us the exact error message would be most helpful. Something else you may try - following with Richard's suggestion is to 'run as administrator' when you launch utilities.
I have not had the problem you describe. Please give us the entire error message if you are still having a problem.
