Product receipt - Cancel button was disabled

Hi All,

I have an incorrect product receipt and want to cancel this, but I don't know why the "Cancel" button was disabled therefore I couldn't do.

I have administrator access rights here.

This one hasn't been canceled yet and there is not any pending invoice related to this Product receipt.

This issue is occurred on this PO only

Please let me know why this button is disabled on this PO? and how to enable the "cancel" button for this?

Hi,

Cancel button is enabled on the ProductReceipt journal form based on the criteria defined in method canPackingSlipBeCanceledOrCorrected on table VendPackingSlipJour. You can check the criteria that are getting failed to enable cancel button for your purchase order by placing a breakpoint in this method.

This code refers to the following condition(s):

A purchase order can be canceled if it's not IntercompanyDirectDelivery order and its any one of the packing slip lines is not canceled and is any one of the packing slip lines is not fully invoiced and is any one of the packing slip lines has not been invoice matched (or) if there is work created for the associated purchase order.

Hello,

If there is an invoice created then the Cancel button is disabled.

You would need to reverse the invoice first which i doubt will work because it is linked to a PO.

You need to create another PO with negative qty

Yes, we are using WHS.

I did check as suggestion from Chaitanya Golla and found that the received quantity already released to Production order.

Yes the fact work is created for the stock means you can no longer cancel the receipt, the products received are in use. You would need to cancel the work to reactivate the cancel button.

As per code, either you need to cancel or close the work created for the associated purchase order(as suggested by Steven).

I am using Advanced Warehouse. I have completed the work and the work is in closed status. I have even done the Packing slip. But the cancel button in the packing slip is still disabled. Can anyone suggest some solution.
