New Improved Global Search Bar not appearing

Recently we had set setup new environments for our customer. While testing, we noticed that the global search bar is no longer appearing in the newly created environment.

I have checked the following. 

- Both environments have exactly the same version: 

2020 release wave 2 enabled
Server version: 9.2.21022.00133
Client version: 1.4.2267-2102.2

- Both environments have the same System settings regarding the search. I have checked both the old and the new layout:

Is there anything else I forgot to configure?

    Short after writing this post, I've resolved the issue by turning it off and on again

    I executed the following steps:

    • In the PowerPlatform Admin > Settings > Features
    • Turned off "Relevance Search" > Save (test that relevance search is disabled = ok)
    • Turned back on "Relevance Search", disabled the "Use new search experience" > Save (test that relevance search is enabled again = ok)
    • Turned back on the "Use new search experience" > Save

    When testing, the search bar now appeared. 

    Note: The environment where the issue occured was a copy from the test environment, where the Global Search bar appeared correctly. So I assume something went wrong during the copy, that neede relevance to be turned off and on again.
