I would like to ask the possible upgrade path from Great Plains 6.00g35 up to GP2018. and whether it is possible to move any customization or reports.

Yes, it is possible to upgrade from GP 6.00g35 to GP 2018 if you have all the pieces in place.

    6.00g35 > 7.5g66 (SP7)

    7.5 (SP7) > 9.0.352 (SP4)

    9.0.352 > 11.0.2248 (2010 SP4)

    11.0.2248 > 14.00.725 (2015 R2)

    14.00.725 > 18.00.438 (2018 Jan Hotfix)

As for your customizations, each step of the way you will need to update the modified forms and reports using Dynamics GP Utilities and in each case keep a copy of the previous Dynamics.dic dictionary file. It goes without saying, this upgrade will require quite a bit of planning to ensure it works flawlessly. You also need to account for versions of SQL Server in the process. GP 7.5 was supported on SQL 7. GP 9, is supported on SQL 2000, etc. You cannot cut corners or you will not be successful.
