New field using table relation not showing all fields

Hi

I have added a new field to VendTable and using a table relation (with a new 2 field table) have it as dropdown. But when I click on the dropdown, it only shows the ""value" and not the description from my new table.

I would like it to behave the same as the "Segment" field (showing the "Description" field) but can't see the issue.

Do you have any fields in AutoLookup field group of your table?
