Why read receipt button is grayed out in Outlook after pushing a Dynamics GP10 document (pdf) to an email.

Why is the read receipt button grayed out in Outlook 2007 after pushing a Dynamics GP10 document to an email.  After printing a GP form/document to screen the Send to mail recipient (pdf) to outlook is selected.  The email generates in outlook, but the read receipt button in the Options tab is grayed out.  This happens on only one workstation in connection with the emails created from GP with the pdf attached.  What setting am I missing to turn the feature back on?  The Outlook feature works on the workstation for regular email created in outlook, just not for those pdf emails created from GP.  (Versions used - GP10 and Outllok 2007, not sure what version of pdf).

    Hi Sbrough,

Did you ever figure this out? I am seeing the same issue as well - except it's with the Print Sales Documents email feature, so the email is fully sent from GP.  We've already ticked the checkbox to Request Read Receipts in File > Options > Mail > Tracking > Read receipt confirming the recipient viewed the message check box.
