Business Process Flow Disappears on Some Opportunity Records

Hello,

Just wanted to report that this issue came up for us today.  The Opportunity Sales Process BPF would appear on some records but not on all. He was able to select it from Process > Switch Process.

We are using the online version -- Server version: 9.1.0000.12059.
