Is a sales man can be a customer

Hi Experts,

I have not deep knowledge of business Process but can you tell me about this strange situation. My seniors told me that we have this kind of Requirement:

1)One Sales will have one customer and that customer will be that sales man by its own.(For example Salman ' ABC' and the person who is purchasing himself "ABC'.)

2) This Salesman can only to make Sale Order and after this all the process will be done automatically till to invoice this Sales Order.

Hi Shabir,

This should not be an issue. the sales taker comes from user and employee records, and customer comes from customer master.

make sure you have the sales man is setup as customer.

2) Could you elaborate a bit what is "all the process" that should be done automatically? Do you just want to invoice the order? Do you want to post a packing slip? Do you need to create a production order? Before you can automate anything, you need to know the exact details of the process that you are trying to automate.

Yes, We want all these process automatic Packing slip, registration and invoice all these thing are possible automatically, if there is any way to make code are setup. Thanks in advance.

Yes, it's definetely possible, but most likely requires some development

You should find plenty of help by searching the web for "dynamics ax x++ [the thing that you want to do]".
