Hi Team,

Our client is using the Lotus notes for their emails. We want to integrate their support mail box with the MS CRM. That means with out opening the lotus notes client, users want to receive and send emails from MS CRM only.

Could you please help on this.

We have explored following options so far :

1. Installing the lotus notes client in the server and using the api reading the emails from the nsf file. (This approach we couldn't able to follow due to some security constraints).

2. Using the Domino Access Service (REST Api), could you please help us on how to send and receive emails using the REST Api using C#

3. Using the ODBC connectivity to the Domino database,  could you please help us on how to send and receive emails using this approach.

Could you please help us to achieve this requirement in a best way.

Thanks and Regards,

Prasanth

Can anyone let me know if you used the domino mail service rest api using OpenNTF or without using OpenNTF. We are using the domino version 9.
