Why deliverables are released for inactive project ?

    Hello Pijush,

    If you have set the project to inactive but there were still unprocessed transactions in the database for this project, the system will still process them as normal.  However, no new transactions should be able to be created with that project ID as the PV should no longer allow users to select the inactive project.
