I have order entity with owner field. I need a view to select all orders that owner is the user's team members.

Use lots of joins to related records:
Orders
<whatever criteria>
Owning User (User)
..Teams
....Users
....User - Equals Current User
So this finds Orders where the Owner is a user, who is in any Team, which has a user as a member, which is me.
This will show all Orders owned by all users in any Team that I am also in. Including Orders owned by me, unless the criteria explicitly exclude me (Owner - Does not equal current user).
You can use a similar technique for Orders owned by all users in any Team which has as it's Team manager the current user (people who work in a team I am responsible for, rather than just a peer member of).
