I want to know that, Can i install the any 3rd party software on my production D-365 Operation server...?

Simple answer: no.
Production instances are not accessible, it is fully managed by Microsoft.
Only way is to make it part of the AX solution from source code or as a .Net DLL reference.

On the production environment, you don't have the option to access the VM's. So installing additional software is not possible. You need other servers for this. You can still do integrations with other systems. Like mentioned by Vilmos, you can add dlls as part of a solution which will be part of a deployable package. So, in this way, you can "install" third party coding as well, but only using references.
